Important Fluids and why they should be changed
Engine Oil
Engine oil is definitely on the top of the priority list when it comes to checking vehicle fluids. For Regular Oil , an oil change should be preformed approximately 5,000 km. Synthetic Oil changes should be preformed approximately 10,000 km.
Failure to change the oil in your vehicle can result in some very expensive repairs. Clean oil is key to a happy and healthy engine.
Transmission Oil
Transmission oil is another key fluid that should not be ignored. This oil breaks down over time and will fail to lubricate the transmission components. This fluid should be changed by what the manufacturer recommends. Every vehicle can be different .
Brake Fluid
Over time brake fluid can become old and dirty. This can cause your brake lines, calipers and the master cylinder to wear down faster, and can lead to more costly repairs. Regular fluid changes will give more life to your brake components.
Power Steering fluid
